EPA Certification Full Job Description HVAC Service Technician:
Multi-Family & Commercial We are seeking a high-level HVAC Technician for a hybrid role covering both multi-family housing and commercial properties. This position requires a professional who understands the unique demands of high-density residential systems as well as commercial service and installs.
The Role:
A mix of service diagnostics and full installations.
The Pay:
Competitive commission and piece-rate structure—your efficiency and sales acumen directly dictates your paycheck.
The Requirement:
Prior experience in both multi-family and commercial sectors is mandatory. No entry-level applicants, please. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform all work in a safe manner. Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality. Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location. Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation of all product.
On-Call Availability Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required Valid Driver's license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices Must be able to pass a background check Ability to lift heavy objects (with appropriate lifting tools) up to 150 pounds Possesses mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand power tools and equipment Ability to operate a mobile device / tablet Available to work M-F full time At least 2 years of commercial HVAC experience
