We are a small, family-oriented company that values quality workmanship, customer service, and providing opportunities for long-term growth within the company. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Take-home company vehicle Company gas card Year-round work Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Supportive team environment Variety of work to keep the job interesting Job Responsibilities Install residential and commercial HVAC systems Replace and install split systems, package units, and mini-split systems Perform equipment change-outs and system upgrades Assist with startup, testing, and commissioning of new equipment Complete installation paperwork and job documentation Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate effectively with customers and team members Additional Work Opportunities While system replacement season is our busiest time, we stay busy throughout the year. During slower replacement periods, team members may also assist with: Small ductwork installations and modifications HVAC remodel projects Equipment relocations Light electrical work related to HVAC installations Other residential and commercial improvement projects Qualifications HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces as needed EPA Certification preferred but not required depending on experience Why Join Us?
