HVAC Technician

I want to be your manager. I'm Dave , and with more than 40 years of HVAC experience in the valley, I'm applying to be your boss. We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to help maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role involves hands-on work in demanding environments, and we are committed to keeping safety the top priority every day. To support work-life balance, our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, usually from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some longer days may be required from time to time, and we keep them to a minimum. The on-call schedule is simple and rotates fairly. We value your health, safety, and time outside of work, and we strive to support a sustainable schedule for our team.
