We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Must have the ability to maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, reach in coolers, wine cellars and ice machines with complete confidence. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, low-temp equipment) Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently Install new refrigeration and low-temp equipment when required Accurately document service work and communicate with office/dispatch team Follow safety standards and EPA regulations Deliver excellent customer service and represent Vessel with professionalism What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC experience (low temp focus preferred) EPA 608 Certification (required) Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and diagnostic tools Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
