HVAC Lead Installer — Big-City Pay, Small-Town Life Thompson Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer for full-time work in Page, Arizona. We pay competitive wages that match what larger HVAC companies are paying, while giving you the opportunity to live and work in a smaller community with year-round employment. This is not seasonal work. We are looking for a long-term lead installer who wants steady work, strong pay, and a company that values quality, consistency, and taking care of people. Why Work With Us Big-City pay in a small-town $28-$30 per hour , depending on experience Flat-rate option: $400 per day Paid whichever is greater: hourly pay or flat rate for the day Year-round employment Steady work as long as the company continues operating 40 hours PTO per year 40 hours vacation pay per year Paid holidays Opportunity to grow with an established local HVAC company Work in Page, Arizona, near Lake Powell, Kanab, Flagstaff, and Southern Utah What We're Looking For We need a dependable Lead HVAC Installer who can run jobs, lead helpers, install clean systems, and take responsibility for getting work done right. Responsibilities Lead HVAC install jobs from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, line sets, thermostats, registers, grilles, and accessories Keep jobs clean, organized, and on schedule Communicate clearly with helpers, office staff, sales, and customers Follow company install standards and safety procedures Help train installers and helpers Make sure jobs are completed correctly the first time Requirements HVAC install experience required Lead installer experience preferred Ability to lead a helper or small crew Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Clean, professional workmanship Valid driver's license preferred EPA certification preferred Must be dependable, honest, and quality-focused Location This position is based in Page, Arizona , Lakepowell. Applicants from St. George, Flagstaff, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Kanab, and surrounding areas are welcome to apply. This is a full-time local position based out of Page, AZ located right next to Lakepowell.
