Competitive Pay :

$50,000 - $130,000+ per year—base, overtime, and accessory spiffs add up fast during the Phoenix cooling season. Additional incentive program is in development for advancement and bonuses based on profitability.

Your New Role:

HVAC Installer As an HVAC Installer, you'll lead and execute residential and light commercial system replacements and new installations, from tear-out to startup and final commissioning.

This is hands-on craftsmanship:

pulling old equipment, setting condensers and air handlers, running line sets and low-voltage, modifying ductwork, brazing, pulling vacuum, and charging the system to spec. Every install is a chance to leave behind work you'd be proud to point at, earn spiffs on accessories you add, and generate the kind of referrals that keep the schedule full.

Daily Responsibilities:

Install, replace, and start up complete HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients, including condensers, air handlers, package units, mini-splits, line sets, and ductwork, along with ancillary products including water heaters, surge protectors, smart thermostats, and attic insulation. Pull vacuum, weigh in refrigerant charge, verify static pressure and airflow, and commission each system to manufacturer spec before leaving the job Identify and add value-add accessories on the job - surge protectors, float switches, IAQ, hard starts, condensate safety devices - earning spiffs while improving the system you're installing Walk the homeowner through the finished install, demonstrate the new equipment and thermostat, and leave the job site cleaner than you found it Complete electronic install paperwork including job notes, equipment serial numbers, startup readings, and before and after photos

Hiring Expectations:
