We're looking for experienced Residential HVAC Technician who take pride in their work and want to grow with a high-performing team. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction Establish a great rapport with the customer Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment Perform service repair of HVAC equipment Perform sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements Perform warranty service repair Perform Precision Tune-Ups Set sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly) Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently On-Call rotation (nights/weekends) Follow all standard operating procedures What We're Looking For 3+ years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience preferred EPA Certified preferred High School diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Free Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and 2 Floating Holidays, plus sick time Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) A supportive team culture that values your contributions Why George Brazil?
