We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and works well with others in a team-oriented environment. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and want to work for a stable company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Communicate professionally with customers Maintain accurate service records and invoices Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Work independently while supporting the team when needed Requirements 3-5 years HVAC service experience Ability to work independently EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must provide your own general hand tools Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Pay $40.00-$50.00 per hour DOE, with spiff pay as well.
