The Role:
Experienced HVAC Service Technician Pay :
Hourly, $28.00-$35.00 +
Commissions Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Weekend rotation required Fully equipped take home vehicle provided •$1,500 Tool allowance, tools are yours to keep after 6 months!•

Full-time Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems. Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Accurately document service calls, work preformed and parts used within Service Titan Software. Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Required Experience:
5 or more years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Basic Hand tools Preferred Experience Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
