We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to lead a high-performing installation crew. Position Overview The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing residential HVAC system installations while leading and coordinating an installation crew. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. What You'll Do Lead and perform residential HVAC system installations Coordinate and direct installation crew activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Communicate daily with the Installation Manager regarding job progress and project details Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and job sites Utilize tablets, mobile applications, and company software for documentation and communication Support and foster positive working relationships with customers and team members Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer in residential HVAC Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience with residential HVAC installation best practices and troubleshooting Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and field technology Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude EPA Certification required NATE Certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and performance Potential performance bonuses Full-time, year-round work Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Company-provided uniforms Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Why Tucker Hill?
