Job Description

A dynamic and fast-growing Heating and Cooling Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join the team! We are a family owned and operated company; we offer to our Install team competitive pay, company vehicle, uniforms among other perks of Health care, Dental, Vision and optional HSA accounts. If you have a strong work ethic, do what it takes attitude, install experience with a minimum of 2 year's experience then this is the role for you. This is a year-round position in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to tolerate temperatures above 120 degrees for extended periods of time. We are a Drug-Free, Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements:
A clean 39-month driving record and valid driver license Ability to meet specific time constraints EPA Certification Outstanding Customer Service Skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to lift a minimum of 80 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work in tight, confined spaces
