Purpose:
To deliver top-tier service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Perform maintenance, repair, and service work on a variety of systems. Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and recommendations. Ensure all work complies with current codes and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and vehicles. Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. Participate in continuous training and stay current on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
21 years or older Valid driver's license Clear background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) Prior experience as an HVAC service technician preferred Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude EPA Certification required Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Training Pay After Training:
Performance-Based Pay (Commission Structure)
Annual Earning Potential:
$80,000-$200,000+
Schedule:
8- to 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Year-round work
