Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for an experienced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants stable, year-round employment in a high-demand trade.   • Install, maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems, including HVAC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system performance issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system tune-ups to ensure reliable operation.
  • Communicate repair needs, service findings, and recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Complete work in compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and work order details. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $59,000 to $62,000 per year.
