Requirements:

5 Years HVAC Experience Minimum Proven experience as an HVAC Technician Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid HVAC certification or license (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Install, rebuild, replace, or repair AC units, fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary Prepare work area and clear work area of job-related debris upon completion Perform routine maintenance Maintain record of materials utilized Maintain records of labor and time Create estimates Answer questions from office necessary for estimates, invoicing, or other clerical needs Submit job-related completion paperwork/information Comply with processes and procedures Adhere to all safety and quality codes/standards Excellent customer service
