Pay & Benefits $40-$60/hour depending on experience Performance bonuses and spiffs Full-time, year-round work Company vehicle for qualified candidates Paid holidays and PTO Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Uniforms provided Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities into leadership roles Professional dispatch and organized scheduling Supportive team environment Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, and related systems Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code Train and mentor apprentice installers Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain clean and organized job sites Complete startup, testing, and quality checks Coordinate with dispatch and management to keep projects on schedule Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills EPA Certification preferred Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems preferred Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawl spaces Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Excellent customer service attitude Why Work With In Demand Plumbing Heating & Air?
