Your Mission Take full ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish — leading by example, producing impeccable work, and shaping the next generation of installers at FHA. What You'll Do Lead and execute flawless installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Oversee and mentor junior installers and apprentices to maintain top-tier quality Ensure every system meets or exceeds design specifications, manufacturer standards, and local codes Collaborate with the owner and install team to improve processes, quality, and efficiency Conduct start-ups, system testing, and customer walkthroughs with professionalism Maintain organized job sites, accurate records, and pride in every finished product Represent FHA Services with excellence in every interaction — craftsmanship, communication, and courtesy What You Bring 5+ years of proven residential HVAC installation experience (lead-level preferred) Deep understanding of HVAC/R systems , airflow design, and static pressure principles Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills A leadership mindset: calm under pressure, team-focused, and results-driven EPA certification required ; NATE certification a strong plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physically capable of handling the demands of the trade Relentless attention to detail and a personal standard of excellence What We Offer Top Pay in the Industry
