We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will work on various properties, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functioning of HVAC equipment.Duties:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems following relevant codes and standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC concerns promptly
- Provide field service for emergency repairs and routine maintenance
- Use tools such as Ohmmeter to test electrical circuits and components
- Ensure proper refrigerant levels and perform necessary adjustments
- Assist in the installation of new HVAC units as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus
- Knowledge of boilers and their maintenance is advantageous
