In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal climate control solutions that enhance comfort, efficiency, and safety for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and develop your mechanical skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately install or repair equipment. Conduct service calls for system repairs, including appliance repair and property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose electrical issues or perform necessary repairs. Coordinate with property owners or site managers to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports, system configurations, and repair logs. Skills Type 2 or Universal 608 EPA certification Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Proven field service experience with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC/R design principles for effective installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus for specialized industrial applications. Experience operating a driver vehicle or similar transportation for on-site visits. Familiarity with welding techniques, boiler systems, and property maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
