HVAC Lead Installer

The Install Lead position is responsible for the proper installation of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential applications. This position works with their helper in completing projects on time while working safety and ensuring the work is performed up to code.

Responsibilities :

Take the lead in explaining to clients the installation process Take the lead in the installation of equipment, ducting, electrical and associated piping Maintain cleanliness of the job site, equipment, and tools Complete work is completed in a safe and timely manner Ensure all equipment is installed to current building codes Walk clients through understanding how their equipment operates at job completion

Qualification :

2+ years of experience in HVAC Ability to use hand and power tools safety Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail and a strong desire to perform quality workmanship

Some of these are:

prior work experience, training, and transferrable skills. The pay range for this position is $35-$50 per hour.
