Experienced HVAC Service Technician & Service sales

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC equipment across various properties. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances. Conduct installation of new HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Utilize tools such welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed. Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects as needed. Drive company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites; possess or obtain a valid driver's license. Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs efficiently Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
