Job Description

Dooley's Heating & Air is looking to hire an installer with 2+ years' experience in installing ducted/ductless mini splits (electrification). This individual needs to be a motivated team player. Someone who is a self-starter that is willing to work long hours, weekends, and go out of town when required. Aside from experience with installing traditional HVAC equipment, we would prefer someone with experience in sheet metal fabrication, zone system installations, solder, PVC installation, and light electrical work. Qualified applicants must possess a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and be willing to submit to a background check and random drug testing. The applicant must also have and be able to maintain a professional appearance, possess good communication skills and be willing to take direction.
