system repair Electrical maintenance HVAC Certification EPA Certification Full Job Description Fast paced high performance position. Right candidate will be multi-tasking, have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, and have experience and training in all facets of commercial building maintenance and repair. Performs a variety of repairs, preventative maintenance, and assigned tasks including HVAC repairs, plumbing , electrical, and other general building maintenance. Evaluate, diagnose, repair and maintain Commercial Building HVAC systems in the building Evaluate, diagnose, repair, and maintain Commercial Grade Plumbing such as pipes, toilets, urinals, faucets, sinks, etc. Basic electrical repairs such as (not limited to) wiring, outlets, switches, and time clocks Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises EPA Certification for Freon and HVAC Certification Preferred. Pay is based on experience. Knowledge of Commercial Grade HVAC, Plumbing, and basic electrical skills required.
