  • enjoy 3 days off each week Company vehicle Vacation and Sick Pay Work with an established home service company What You'll Do Install split systems, package units, mini-splits, heat pumps, and ductless systems Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal Read installation plans and layout equipment properly Perform light construction work when needed to complete installations Troubleshoot HVAC systems when necessary Maintain a clean and professional job site Deliver excellent customer service in customers' homes What We're Looking For 1+ year HVAC installation experience Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems Experience with ductwork and sheet metal Ability to read installation plans Strong work ethic and team mindset Comfortable working directly with homeowners Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and reaching Ability to work in confined spaces indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Schedule 4/10 Shift Options Monday•Thursday Tuesday•Friday Wednesday•Saturday 7:00 AM•5:00 PM
