We are actively seeking a skilled Commercial/Residential HVAC Technician to contribute to our expanding operations. In this role, the ideal candidate will take on the responsibility of installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both commercial and residential settings. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving skills, and a dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
2.
Diagnosis and Repair:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Repair or replace defective components, parts, or entire systems as needed.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
3.
Customer Service:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on-site.
4.
Documentation:
  • Document all service and maintenance activities, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future repairs or upgrades.
  • Complete service reports accurately and promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.
Education and Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited HVAC program.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications (e.
g., EPA 608 Certification). 2.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience as an HVAC Technician in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
3.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4.
Licenses:
  • Valid California driver's license 5.
Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Employee Perks and Compensation
