Commercial HVAC Installer/Technician

Seeking an

EXPERIENCED

commercial HVAC Installer/Technician. If you just completed HVAC school, do not apply. This position is for an experience candidate. Ideal candidates have a solid background in commercial (and residential) HVAC systems, strong installation skills, and a basic understanding in troubleshooting. Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction is required.

Responsibilities:

Install commercial & residantial HVAC equipment per plans and manufacturer specifications Perform equipment set-up, mounting, duct/connective work, piping, and controls hookup. Experience in spiral, rectangle and flex ducting installation. Conduct basic RTU troubleshooting and diagnostics (preferred) Ensure installations meet industry codes and safety standards Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper documentation of work Communicate professionally with customers and address on-site questions Follow company safety protocols and report issues promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience installing commercial HVAC systems (experience with residential work a plus) Familiarity with RTUs, basic troubleshooting, controls, and common HVAC components Ability to read blueprints and follow installation specifications Own reliable transportation — Preferably a truck or van (MUST HAVE) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Tools and basic installation equipment (company may provide specialized tools as needed) Professional attitude, punctuality, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Must be able to lift and handle heavy equipment and work in varied jobsite conditions Ability to read electrical schematic is a plus.

Pay:
