What You'll Do Prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment. Assist in installing HVAC systems—ductwork, piping, electrical components. Support system layout and setup using blueprints or engineering specs. Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety guidelines and local HVAC codes. Interact professionally with clients and explain processes clearly. What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC experience Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong physical stamina for manual labor Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality EPA Certification required Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather Standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods Driving and sitting for long periods when needed

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $20

• 60 hr.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
