We specialize in residential HVAC repairs, maintenance, and system replacements. We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who is also comfortable in a Comfort Advisor role. This position combines technical service work with sales opportunities. If you are a strong troubleshooter who can also communicate solutions to customers and present repair or replacement options, this is a great opportunity to grow with our company. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits Perform system inspections and identify issues Present repair and replacement options to customers Provide professional recommendations that improve system performance and comfort Convert service calls into repair or replacement opportunities when necessary.
