You'll play a key role in identifying system replacements and passing those leads to our Home Comfort Sales Advisors—all while delivering a 5-star customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough system inspections to diagnose issues and provide accurate, solution-based recommendations. Proactively generate leads for equipment replacement and partner with our Home Comfort Sales Advisors to offer customers the best possible options for aging or inefficient systems. Identify and sell large-ticket repairs when appropriate to extend system life. Leverage AI tools to analyze customer interactions and sharpen your sales and communication techniques. Build rapport with customers, earning their trust as a reliable expert in home comfort. Clearly explain the health, function, and lifespan of HVAC systems to help customers make informed decisions. Deliver a 5-star experience with every appointment—your professionalism matters. Maintain communication with the office team and follow a structured daily schedule. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and procedures. Keep your work vehicle clean, inside and out, and report maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements:
What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Three plus years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems. Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems Mechanical aptitude
EPA & NATE
certified strongly preferred. Experience servicing Lennox & Carrier equipment a plus. Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds. Successfully pass background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards. Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights. Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold. You're coachable, open to learning, and eager to grow your technical and sales skills.
