DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Service

• Install, trouble shoot, repair and calibrate commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make needed repair recommendations
• Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report. Customer Service
• Internal/External
• Consult with customers regarding problems or issues discovered while servicing their system.
• Assist in evaluating new and existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate scheduled start and stop time with Service Manager.
• Submit all manual and electronic work orders, along with misc paperwork at the completion of each day's work.
• Work closely with assigned Service Manager to make sure customers' needs are being fulfilled to their expectation and in a timely manner
• Obtain and record on work ticket, and communicate to vendor an appropriate purchase order number when purchasing job-related parts and supplies.

Overtime Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent Degree or certificate from HVAC/R technical program or vocational school preferred. 5+ years of HVAC/R Technician field experience Must live within 30 miles of location of position listed Valid driver's license in good standing EPA Certificate Proficient in reading schematics and work plans Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
