We are currently hiring for THREE different roles : Entry-Level Maintenance Technician Experienced Repair Technician (3+ Years Required) HVAC Installer Our team focuses on high-quality work, strong systems, and long-term customer relationships . ENTRY TECH REPAIR TECH INSTALLER

Responsibilities (General) Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.) Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Perform maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups Ensure proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions Follow company systems, safety standards, and procedures Maintain accurate job records Position-Specific Expectations

ENTRY TECH

Willing to learn and grow Assist with maintenance and basic service Strong attitude and coachability required

REPAIR TECH

REQUIRED

) Must diagnose systems independently Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, and package units This is a

You must be comfortable presenting solutions to customers

INSTALLER
