Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to determine necessary repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on job sites to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment repair. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various field service environments. Welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
