The ideal candidate has excellent troubleshooting abilities, takes pride in quality workmanship, and provides outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, mini-splits, etc.) Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and deep cleanings Install HVAC components, parts, and equipment as needed Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and solutions Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures Participate in the on-call rotation (if required) Requirements 3+ years of HVAC experience (service and/or installation) Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and professionally Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
