Position:

HVAC Installer (Experienced) We are looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC Installer who can deliver high‑quality work and help uphold the standards our customers expect. You'll join a team that invests in your growth, offers training with an NATE Certified instructor, and supports you in becoming the best installer/technician you can be. What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems with a focus on performance, airflow, and quality Lead and guide helpers and apprentices on job sites Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles Communicate effectively with team members and customers Follow company installation standards and best practices Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen skills and stay current Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience Clean DMV record Strong time‑management and organizational skills Ability to lead, mentor, and guide helpers Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your craft A 3-5 day trial/observational period at a negotiated wage may be required prior to hiring.
