The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions for system improvements or repairs. Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, and fans as needed. Weld and plumb as required for system installations or repairs. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs or maintenance. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating units, and ventilation. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC equipment. Proficient in equipment repair techniques with a focus on safety standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Relevant certifications in HVAC technology are a plus but not mandatory.
