You'll be on-site working directly with customers to provide expert advice, diagnose issues, and close sales with a focus on long-term solutions. ✅Your day-to-day includes: Diagnosing HVAC systems over 15 years old and providing recommendations for replacement Presenting new system options to clients, showcasing solutions that fit their needs Working closely with our installation team to ensure smooth project execution Closing sales and providing exceptional customer service Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a daily basis Documenting work and sales in our digital system ✅✅✅ Pay, Perks, and Benefits Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

• You'll have the potential to earn upwards of $150,000 per year depending on performance 3
