Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range $22.80 - $33.25 per hour, plus incentive opportunities, depending on experience, technical ability, certifications, and field performance. Top performers have significant earning potential beyond hourly pay. What You'll Do Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include: Perform HVAC maintenance and system performance tune-ups Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Troubleshoot airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and performance issues Educate homeowners on system condition and performance Present repair vs. replacement options professionally Perform system testing and verification Maintain accurate job documentation Deliver a high-quality customer experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication and customer interaction skills Desire to learn and grow technically Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability EPA Certification preferred for service-level roles Valid driver's license and clean driving record Whether you are: early in your HVAC career or an experienced technician looking for a better long-term opportunity …we would like to speak with you.
