You will play a critical role in maximizing system longevity and efficiency for complex commercial environments by leveraging your deep knowledge of VRF and advanced control platforms. Responsibilities Execute on-site system startups for major commercial HVAC manufacturers to ensure peak operational readiness. Diagnose and resolve complex issues within commercial Daikin, AAON, and LG VRF infrastructure using advanced logic and analytical troubleshooting. Configure and program sophisticated control systems via touchscreen interfaces and computer-based platforms. Interpret intricate wiring schematics and electrical diagrams to isolate faults and restore system functionality. Document all service activities and startup metrics to maintain accurate warranty records and equipment history. Collaborate with installation teams to provide technical guidance and ensure seamless system integration. Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance during all mechanical and electrical interventions. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a formal HVAC technical training program. Active EPA Universal Technician Certification. Extensive field experience with LG and AAON commercial package units and VRF technology. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex HVAC wiring schematics and technical manuals. Strong understanding of electrical theory, refrigeration properties, and hydronic systems. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency with BMS communication protocols and automated temperature control systems. Proven ability to navigate modern computer-based HVAC diagnostic software and networking tools. Demonstrated expertise in professional brazing and soldering techniques. Experience managing technical documentation and digital service reporting systems.
