Lead HVAC Installer Level 2

Duties Lead installation of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ductless systems, heat pump systems. commercial rooftop package units, VRF systems, exhaust systems, Interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to execute projects accurately. Design and size air distribution systems for residential and commercial jobs Supervise and mentor junior technicians during field installations and maintenance tasks to ensure best practices are followed. Perform using tools such as multimeters, welding equipment, and power tools safely for each determined project Ability to follow standard procedures and processes for efficient and detailed work flow Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Requirements 5 years plus of proven experience in HVAC related roles( specifically installation preferred) sheet metal fabrication and design To read and understand blue prints, scheamtics,and job requirements communication skills and mechanical aptitude to coordinate with office, customers , and co workers participation of all technical and safety trainings ability to work after hours, weekends, ad possible holidays with short notice flexible schedule throughout week physically presentable - clean cut and professionally dressed for the role ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch , crawl, an kneel continually ability to safely lift items weighing up to 100 lbs high school diploma or equilavent clean driving record with current drivers license submit for background screening and drug test

Pay:

$34.00 - $40.00 per hour
