Job Summary:

This position is required to develop, aggregate, and disseminate technical information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Maintain and perform work on air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage lines. Accurately track repairs and completed work. Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards. Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years' experience servicing and repairing environmental-control systems in residences, department stores, office buildings, and other commercial establishments. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats. Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

A certificate or associate's degree in

HVAC ADA

Notations:

Requires walking, reaching, sitting, and concentration in the presence of occasional noise The job may require bending, stooping, and lifting, and will be in an environment of low and high temperatures.
