Experienced HVAC Service Technician Burgeson's Heating, A/C, Electrical, Solar & Plumbing Redlands, CA $30-$35 per hour Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking for a company that values your expertise and supports your success? Burgeson's is seeking a skilled, customer-focused professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, excellent customer service skills, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. If you are motivated, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service, we would like to hear from you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems Perform preventative maintenance services on residential HVAC equipment Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned service calls Strong computer and technology skills, including the ability to use tablets, navigate multiple software platforms, process payments using card readers, complete electronic documentation, and learn new systems quickly Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based earning opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training and professional development A team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth Join a company with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
