HVAC Technician - Residential Service| 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses Potential Annual earnings up to $150, 000 $5,000 sign on bonus - depending on qualifications

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday | some weekends and evenings during peak season

Job Duties:

Residential and light commercial service work Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC systems Diagnose HVAC equipment Consult with customer on repair, replacement, and upgrade options Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, including inventory and retail pricing Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM Redlands Plumbing Heating and Air | Redlands CA Be part of a locally owned and operated company that has been serving the Inland Empire area for 128 years. Qualifications:

2+ years experience in residential HVAC service Annual maintenance experience Experience with light commercial HVAC equipment EPA Universal Certification Customer service and communication skills Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Basic sheet metal practices Air balancing principles and techniques Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired Valid driver's license and insurable driving record High school diploma or its equivalent
