$41,600 to $200,000+/ Year Overview Servlegacy Inc., a locally owned and operated HVAC company, is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality service, integrity, and customer satisfaction. As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, present customers with repair options and pricing, and ensure all work is completed to code. This role also offers the opportunity to earn commission on upsells, service agreements, and system improvements, while mentoring junior team members. What We Offer $52,000 to $200,000+/ Year Ongoing professional training and development Career growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC components including furnaces, condensers, and compressors Safely operate hand and power tools for repair and installation work Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships Educate clients on system use, maintenance needs, and available upgrade options Identify opportunities to improve comfort and efficiency through services and products Accurately document services performed, recommendations, and parts used Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated and results-driven with attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow company procedures Experience with ServiceTitan CRM preferred Valid driver's license and legal ability to work in the U.S. required Equal Opportunity Employer Servlegacy Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
