Core Impact Install commercial RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and related components Carry out equipment replacements and retrofit upgrades Perform duct transitions, adjustments, and curb adaptor work Translate drawings into field-ready action Coordinate crane picks, material deliveries, and crew workflow Protect every site with clean, safe work habits Represent Hillside with professional communication to office staff and customers Develop talent by guiding apprentices and mid-level installers Depend on an experienced support staff and steady commercial pipeline Qualifications Required 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license Strong work ethic; dependable and punctual Comfort working independently and within a crew Preferred Commercial retrofit background Lead installer/crew lead experience RTU replacement expertise Sheet metal and duct modification proficiency What You'll Gain Competitive pay ($34
