Job Description

Commercial HVAC company is looking for dependable seasoned installers. We offer top pay and are looking for motivated and focused people to join our team. We are looking for one Lead installer and one apprentice to work projects. Work level will be assessed and pay will reflect skill level. We are looking for long term employees looking to grow and advance with a growing company. We are also looking for entry level team members. Must have some construction experience and be familiar with basic tools. Have some history working with your hands and some mechanical skills. Must have reliable transportation and or clean DMV.
Note:
Must be able to pass drug test. Company policy on drugs is zero tolerance!!

Qualifications:
Lead Installer:
Minimum 2 years of prior experience preferred Must Read and understand plans Must understand duct design Must be able to follow duct cut sheets Must be able to create material lists efficiently Must have own hand tools Must work well with with others. Must be able to prioritize project tasks to flow with projects. Must be able to understand and explain standard duct locking mechanisms. Must be able to pass a drug test.. zero tolerance for drug use!!
