Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC equipment. Adhere to Matrix HVAC standards, guidelines, and regulations, including safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks and inform clients of maintenance or repair needs. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used. Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer training programs.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role (we'll teach you the Matrix HVAC way!). EPA Certification is required. Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a professional review and drug screening. Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry advancements.
