We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean work, efficiency, and doing the job right. We are looking for lead installers who want to be apart of a fast-growing company and want to take a lead role in our installation division. Responsibilities Install split systems, package units, and ducted systems Hang and install ceiling mount FAU's Run and seal ductwork Install supply/return plenums and registers Set condensers and complete line sets Perform start-ups and basic troubleshooting Maintain clean and professional job sites Assist with light commercial maintenance/service work as needed Train apprentices on proper installation methods & practices Qualifications 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred Strong understanding of airflow and duct design Ability to hang FAUs safely and properly Own hand tools required Valid driver's license with clean record EPA certification preferred Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs Professional appearance and communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with room for advancement based on skill Overtime opportunities Steady year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Opportunity to expand into commercial work We are building a long-term team.
