Position Overview & Responsibilities We are an established, 30+ year mechanical contractor seeking a skilled technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain a mix of HVAC systems, with a primary focus on commercial and industrial equipment alongside select multifamily and residential projects. Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, and residential/multifamily heating and cooling equipment. Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance to maximize system efficiency and prevent downtime. Interact professionally with commercial property managers, building engineers, and residential tenants. Work across major manufacturer brands (Carrier, Trane, York, Bryant, etc.). Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial experience required; residential/multifamily experience a strong plus). EPA Universal Certification (required). Clean, valid driver's license (required for take-home vehicle). Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
