Air Sharks is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Assistant ( Helper ) to performing daily HVAC installation assist and help Lead Installers To be successful as an HVAC Install Assistant, you should have a knowledge of building and power tools. Ultimately, a top-notch HVAC helper should be physically fit, moves fast, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.

What You'll Do:

Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Prepare and clean trucks for daily job sites Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with ductwork and equipment installation Pick up and deliver parts/materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service alongside the team

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of construction, HVAC, mechanical, or labor experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in crawl spaces and various weather conditions Able to lift up to 75 lbs Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude and team-player mindset Valid Driver's License required Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual (Spanish+English) Previous HVAC knowledge is not required.
