We're seeking motivated HVAC Install Assistants to support our Lead Installers on residential installations. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates ready to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Assist Lead Installers with HVAC system and ductwork installations Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Clean and replace air ducts as needed Deliver and pick up tools, parts, materials, and supplies Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation or related experience (no apprenticeship) Familiarity with hand and power tools, building materials, and basic construction practices Physically fit; able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Coachable, detail-oriented, and professional Able to work in various weather conditions Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed Authorized to work in the United States Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Performance-based bonuses Supportive, team-focused work environment Schedule 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed Driver's license required Work Location On the road /In-person Job Type:
