We have been providing great service and value to the Bay Area for over 30 years. Our business is currently growing and we have a position available for "Lead Installer".

Lead Installer:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience, including but not limited to installing furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, wall heaters, mini-split systems, and commercial package units. In addition, the candidate must be able to install HVAC systems independently to company standards and provide the customer with a high quality experience.

Requirements:

• Drug-Free
• Valid California Drivers License w/ clean driving record
• Knowledge of tools, testing devices and safety protocols
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial to the customer as well as company
• Clean and pleasant appearance
• STRONG communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a good work ethic and positive demeanor
• Team player: able to take direction and willing to learn
